We are seeking a talented and experienced Mobile App Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. As a Mobile App Designer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality mobile app designs that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations. You will work collaboratively with our development team to create beautiful, intuitive, and engaging user interfaces that enhance the user experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with clients to understand their needs and translate their requirements into beautiful and effective mobile app designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and other designers, to deliver exceptional mobile app designs that meet project timelines and budgets
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for iOS and Android mobile apps
- Design user interfaces and user experiences that are easy to navigate and visually appealing
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve the overall user experience
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies in mobile app design
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other designers

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in mobile app design
- Strong portfolio of mobile app design work that demonstrates a strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
- Strong understanding of mobile app design patterns, trends, and best practices
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field

**Salary**: ₹20,293.90 - ₹30,036.86 per month
