**About the Company**

Prajay Engineers Syndicate Ltd. is a reputed real estate and infrastructure development company with a legacy of delivering landmark residential and commercial projects. We are seeking a skilled **Architect Draft Person** to join our in-house design team at our Begumpet office.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare accurate architectural drawings, plans, layouts, and detailed construction drawings as per project requirements.
- Assist senior architects and project teams in developing design concepts and converting them into working drawings.
- Drafting floor plans, elevations, sections, and other construction-related drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Coordinate with various internal teams (Structural, MEP, Interiors, etc.) to ensure drawing accuracy and alignment.
- Maintain and organize drawing records, revisions, and documentation.
- Prepare municipal submission drawings and assist in approvals-related documentation, if required.
- Make drawing corrections and updates as per site feedback and design changes.
- Support site teams by providing required technical drawings and clarifications.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil (or related field).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Draft Person in architectural or construction projects.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD** is a must. Knowledge of **Revit**, **SketchUp**, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of building drawings, detailing, and local building bye-laws.
- Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and neatness in drafting.
- Willingness to work **onsite at Begumpet office**, Hyderabad.
