**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Collections Management**:
Handle the collection of overdue payments from credit card holders.

Negotiate and establish repayment plans to help customers fulfill their financial obligations.
- **Customer Service**:
Provide excellent customer service to address inquiries and concerns related to overdue payments.

Ensure a positive customer experience while adhering to company policies.
- **Retention Strategies**:
Implement effective retention strategies to minimize customer attrition.

Work towards retaining valuable customers by offering suitable solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum educational qualification of SSC/HSC/Graduate.
- Recent experience in international BPO with a focus on US sales, retentions, collections, or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a proficiency in English.
