*Position: Advocate - Supreme Court, High Court, NCLT, NCLAT*

Location: Delhi, Defence Colony

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Advocate to join our esteemed team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Represent clients before the Supreme Court, High Court, NCLT, NCLAT and other District Courts and Tribunals in diverse legal matters.
- Draft, review, and file petitions, appeals, and other legal documents.
- Conduct extensive legal research and analysis to support cases and provide strategic advice.
- Liaise with clients, attend hearings, and effectively argue cases in the respective forums.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior lawyers as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law with a focus on Supreme Court, High Court, NCLT, and NCLAT.
- Strong track record of successfully handling complex cases in these forums.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, procedures, and precedents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proven capability to handle a diverse range of legal matters efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Enrolment as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India.
