**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle payments, prepare bills, and manage the cash register.
- Provide guests with information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, room service, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain guest records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly or escalate to management when necessary.
- Ensure the reception desk and lobby area are clean and orderly at all times.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
