**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **ground reporting**, collecting information, and covering local news events.
- Conduct **interviews**, gather public opinions, and support the news team during shoots.
- Prepare **news scripts**, summaries, headlines, and short write-ups.
- Shoot basic videos on mobile (training provided if required).
- Coordinate with the editorial team for content planning and daily updates.
- Support in social media content creation and on-field coverage.
- Follow ethical journalism standards and maintain accuracy in information.

**Eligibility & Requirements**
- Students pursuing **Mass Communication / Journalism** preferred (not mandatory).
- Age **18-24 Years.**:

- Passion for local news, storytelling, and reporting.
- Basic communication skills in **Hindi**; English optional.
- Smartphone with good camera quality (preferred).
- Willingness to work on-field within Jamshedpur.
