Job Title: Graphic Designer/Animator

Location: Kothrud Pune

Experience: 1 to 2.5 years

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and engaging content for various mediums such as graphics, videos, animations, and other multimedia. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to deliver high-quality Graphics that support the company's brand and messaging.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and develop creative and engaging multimedia content
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver multimedia projects within tight deadlines
- Manage and maintain a multimedia library of assets, including graphics, images, animations, and videos
- Edit and enhance raw video footage and audio to create high-quality videos
- Create 2D animations and motion graphics to support marketing and branding initiatives
- Ensure that all projects align with brand guidelines and messaging
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 1 year of experience in graphic design, video editing, or animation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other multimedia software
- Strong creative skills with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing multimedia content
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Experience with video editing, animation, and 2D graphics design
- Familiarity with social media channels and digital advertising platforms
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- A portfolio of previous work samples that demonstrate proficiency in multimedia design
- Experience with Marathi typography and a portfolio of previous work samples that demonstrate proficiency in this area

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
