Job Summary:
We are seeking an AI Specialist with expertise in Transaction Data Management to assess and implement AI-driven solutions for improving data quality in transactional datasets such as Sales Transactions, Supply Chain Transactions, and ServiceNow Logs. The role will focus on detecting data quality issues, addressing and remediating these issues in real-time, and ensuring compliance with existing Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Architecture frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use Case Assessment & AI Integration:
Identify and evaluate at least two use cases for integrating AI into transaction data management. Define AI-driven methodologies to enhance data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Data Quality Issue Detection:
Utilize AI techniques to detect quality issues in transactional data.
Develop machine learning models or rule-based approaches to identify anomalies and inconsistencies.
- Real-Time Data Remediation:
Implement AI solutions to address and resolve identified quality issues in near real-time or real-time. Develop automation strategies to enhance the efficiency of data correction processes.
- Data Governance & Compliance:
Ensure alignment with Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Integration frameworks. Identify and resolve any non-compliance issues related to data management policies.
- Tool Proficiency & Implementation:
Work with leading Data Quality (DQ) and Data Governance (DG) tools such as Ataccama and Collibra. Integrate these tools with AI-driven solutions to improve data management efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting:
Collaborate with business and IT teams to define requirements and implement AI-based solutions. Provide reports and insights on data quality trends, issues, and resolution strategies.
Role Requirements and Qualifications:
- 7-10 years in Data Management, Data Quality, or AI-driven Data Processing.
- Hands-on experience with Ataccama (DQ) and Collibra (DG).
- Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Architecture, and Data Integration principles.
- Ability to detect, diagnose, and resolve complex data quality issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
