**Job Title**: International Telecaller

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make calls to international customers or clients (via cold calls, follow-ups, or lead generation).
- Handle inbound queries related to products, services, or support in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and performance metrics.
- Work closely with the sales or customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion or resolution rates.
- Understand and comply with company policies, especially those related to data privacy and international communication.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional foreign language is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure.
- Comfortable working in night shifts or different time zones.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Prior experience in international calling, BPO, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
