**Job Title**: Creative 2d Animator (full time)

OOBEDU Private Limited the makers of one of the biggest AR educational apps and websites in India is seeking a skilled and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help us in our journey for the development of cutting-edge AI/ML based apps and websites.

**Job Overview**:
We're looking for an Animator to join our team. We would love to have someone who is creative and has strong hold on visual aesthetics and storytelling skills to help us create an impactful 2d Animation. As an animator, you have to create stunning visuals that can captivate our prospects and current customers alike.

Animators having e-learning experience will be added advantage.

**Software Skill**: Flash/Animate, Toon Boom or similar 2D Animation Software (Classic Animation, Clay Animation or Stop Motion Knowledge will be a bonus)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Animation Creation**:

- Develop high-quality 2D animations for various projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise and bring ideas to life through animation (carry out basic and complex 2d Animation).

**2.** **Character Rigging**:

- Proficient in 2D character rigging to create flexible and expressive character animations.
- Ensure smooth integration of rigged characters into the animation pipeline.

**3.** **Animation Principles**:

- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and advancements in animation techniques.

**4.** **Visual Aesthetics**:

- Possess a strong sense of visual aesthetics and design to create visually stunning and engaging animations.
- Work closely with the design team to maintain a cohesive visual style across projects.

**5.** **Storyboarding and Storytelling**:

- Contribute to the development of storyboards and narratives that effectively convey the intended message.
- Collaborate with the creative team to enhance storytelling through animation.

**6.** **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, artists, and developers.
- Communicate ideas and concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and visually.

**7.** **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct thorough quality checks on animations to ensure they meet the specified standards and requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a 2D Animator.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, visual aesthetics, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom Harmony, etc.
- Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and motion.
- Experience in 2D character rigging.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude and a keen eye for detail.

**Experience**:
Total work: 3 years (preferred)

2D Animation: 2 years (Minimum)
