**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize your 1 year of telecalling experience to connect with potential clients and provide them with information about our real estate services.
- Leverage your expertise to understand client preferences and effectively communicate property options that align with their needs.
- Use your knowledge to schedule appointments for interested clients to visit properties, coordinating seamlessly with our agents.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and scheduled appointments, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, drawing from your experience to achieve sales targets and enhance team performance.

**Requirements**:

- A proven track record with at least 1 year of telecalling experience
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to eloquently convey information and build rapport with clients.
- Your established experience reflects your friendly demeanor and skill in developing strong client relationships.
- Adept computer skills and familiarity with CRM software to facilitate efficient communication and record-keeping.
- Independent work style complemented by your capacity to excel within a team-oriented environment.
- Fluent Gujarati ,Hindi and English language skills are essential; additional languages are a valuable asset.
