**Profile Introduction**:
As an Education Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and assisting students in their educational journey. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized counseling to students, helping them make informed decisions regarding their academic and career paths. You will work closely with students, parents, and educational institutions to ensure a smooth transition and support the overall academic success of the students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their academic goals, interests, and challenges.
- Provide information and guidance on various educational programs, courses, and career options.
- Assist students in developing academic plans and setting realistic goals for their educational journey.
- Stay updated on educational trends, admission requirements, and career opportunities to provide accurate and timely information to students.
- Organize and participate in educational workshops, seminars, and events to support student awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with educational institutions, teachers, and parents to address academic concerns and implement effective solutions.
- Keep detailed records of counseling sessions and student progress to track and evaluate the effectiveness of the counseling program.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and the ability to understand and address the diverse needs of students.
- Knowledge of educational systems, academic programs, and career pathways.
- Familiarity with standardized testing, admission processes, and scholarship opportunities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

**Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to Relocate:

- Nashik, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
