**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- **Client Management**:Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized real estate solutions.
- **Property Presentations**:Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the properties.
- **Sales Negotiation**:Negotiate property prices, terms, and conditions to close deals successfully.
- **Market Research**:Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to offer clients accurate and up-to-date information.
- **Sales Targets**:Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management team.
- **Documentation**:Assist clients with the legal and financial aspects of property transactions, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- **Follow-Up**:Maintain regular follow-up with clients to build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Reporting**:Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team, detailing sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- **Experience**:Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local real estate market and trends.
