**Who We’re Looking For**: We are seeking a **motivated and detail-oriented individual** to join our **Accounting Control & Data Quality Assurance Team** as an **Analyst**. **Overview of the Role**: The **Accounting Control & Data QA Team** is responsible for validating and maintaining the integrity of data within the **Aladdin Accounting Book of Record**, supporting client valuation reporting and performance calculations.

As an **Analyst**, you will be responsible for supporting the resolution of **Quality Control (QC)** checks, validating accounting datasets for valuation reporting, and addressing related queries. This role involves working closely with upstream teams and other stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate data flow and effective issue resolution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform core Accounting Control tasks:

- Manage quality control checks on the Aladdin Accounting platform using dashboards
- Assist in the production of periodic valuation reports (typically monthly), ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure timely resolution of queries and support the effective implementation of business controls
- Support global consistency in processes and documentation
- Participate in the ongoing improvement of systems and workflows
- Escalate service-level concerns or unresolved issues to Senior Analysts
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and third parties
- Identify and support the implementation of solutions to recurring issues
- Complete assigned tasks and processes under the guidance of Senior Analysts

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Good understanding of financial operations, accounting, or reporting processes
- Strong **problem-solving** skills and high **attention to detail**
- Effective **communication skills** (written and verbal)
- Ability to **prioritise, organise**, and manage time efficiently
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel and Word**
- Demonstrated **desire to learn** and grow professionally

**Good-to-Have Skills**:

- Prior experience in the **Securities** or **Fund Management** industry
- Exposure to **Aladdin platform** or similar accounting/reporting systems
- Basic understanding of **quality control** and data validation processes
- Experience working with **automated tools** or process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with **valuation** and **performance reporting**
- Awareness of **operational risk** and controls
- Experience collaborating across time zones and working with global teams
