Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily plant activities to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
- Lead, mentor, and support plant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among all team members.
- Maintain quality control standards to ensure that products meet or exceed company and industry specifications.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and troubleshoot production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Keep accurate production records and performance metrics, reporting to management on operational status and improvement opportunities.
- Implement best practices for continuous improvement in production efficiency and safety.
