Location : Mumbai

- Manage and control several multi-disciplined
contracts simultaneously, whilst providing
electrical technical support to other managers
and mentoring junior staff.
- Preparing tenders for clients and commercial
bids to help bring in new business.
- Developing and presenting project proposals.
- Meeting with clients to find out their
requirements.
- Producing plans and estimating budgets and
timescales.
- Contract Administration.
- Contractual correspondence / communication.
- Pre-Tender / Post Tender Review.
- Preparation of claims / variations.
- Maintaining overall cash flow and budget
management.
- Ensure timely submission of RA bills /
verifications of same / authentication /
collection.
- Ensure timely placement of purchase orders.
- Ensure defined terms and conditions to
vendors / sub-contractors.
- Skilled to smooth and amicable settlement of
contractual issues.
- Responsible for smooth closure of contracts Job Requirements -1. Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with min 10 to 15 years of experience.2. Extensive practical experience of Project Execution which includes installation, pre-commissioning, testing, commissioning and handing over of Electrical works preferably for Industries, commercial buildings, infra projects like Ports, Airports, Metro Rail etc.3. Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills with multitasking abilities.4. Must have working experience at the project site.5. Must be below 50 years of age

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,302,772.97 per year

- Day shift

- East, NEW Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
