**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement & Vendor Management**:

- Identify and negotiate with vendors for raw materials (e.g., wood, glue, laminates).
- Issue purchase orders and track deliveries.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and resolve issues.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintain records in ERP or inventory software.
- Plan reordering to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
- **Production Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the production team for material availability.
- Prepare and follow production schedules as per demand.
- **Logistics & Distribution**:

- Manage dispatches of finished goods to customers or dealers.
- Coordinate with transport agencies for timely delivery.
- Prepare delivery challans and dispatch documents.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain records of purchase, stock, dispatch, and returns.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for management.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / B.Com / BBA / any related field
- Experience: 1-3 years in supply chain or logistics (preferably in manufacturing)
- Knowledge of ERP, Excel, and basic documentation

**Skills Required**:

- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and coordination ability
- Basic knowledge of GST, billing, and transportation
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
