**Job Title: Render Wrangler**
**Location: Mumbai**
**Must Have**:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the lifecycle of a VFX show
- Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent years of experience
- Ability to handle a fast paced, occasionally high pressure environment
- Willingness to work very flexible hours when schedules require
- Experience working in Linux/Unix environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in dealing with both technical and artistic groups
- Experience with wrangling render jobs with priorities in the queue system
- Understanding of meeting the project goals while monitoring the render farm’s health and status on a regular basis
- Experience with maximizing the render farm’s resources
- Monitoring experience for rendering quality and quantity and makie the required corrections when needed
- Experience with troubleshooting and monitor infrastructure and render farm issues. Escalate problems to the respective teams
**Nice to Have**:
- Analytical and data reporting skills
- Willingness to work very flexible hours when schedules require
- Ability to handle a fast paced, occasionally high pressure environment
- Render tasks estimation experience
- Ability to provide disk and data resource management services
