**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data accurately into internal systems
- Make and receive calls to follow up with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain clear and professional communication logs
- Assist in basic administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with attention to detail

**Requirements**:

- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Good verbal and written communication in Bhojpuri and Hindi.
- Comfortable making calls and speaking with clients.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Prior experience in a similar role and having Bhojpuri accent is a plus.
