**Position Summary**:As a Content & PR Executive, you will be responsible for executing IITM Research Park and IITM Incubation’s communications strategy across various channels. You will be part of a team that works with internal and external stakeholders on promotion and marketing campaigns that create awareness about IITM Research Park & Incubation Cell and all its initiatives.
**Role**: Content & PR Executive
**Experience**: 2-3 years
**Degree**: Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, journalism, marketing or a related field
**Preferred Skillset**:
- Great written and spoken communication
- Great content editing and copywriting skills
- Experience with social media management
- Create content for all internal/external communication including mailers, press releases, newsletters, case study, branding materials etc.
- **Website content management**: Managing website - creating content for the website, updating articles on the website, ensuring new content is error-free
- **Events**: Plan, develop and support events and on-ground brand activities organised by the Research Park
- **Social Media**: Develop, strategize and manage content across all of Research Park’s social media platforms - LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube. May occasionally be required to work on paid campaign strategy & execution.
- Coordinate with PR agency for all PR deliverables and activities
- Extend support to startups on their marketing/content/social media strategy as required
- Ensure all communication materials maintain the same voice and tone, ensuring consistency and authenticity in messaging.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
