We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Medical Representative to join our team and help us expand our reach by onboarding doctors to our app-based home care services. As a Medical Representative, you will play a vital role in our growth strategy by establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for introducing our services to doctors and convincing them to join our network.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Targeting**: Identify and target potential doctors, clinics, and medical practices for partnership and onboard them as service providers.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our app-based home care services, particularly blood collection and nursing services, in order to effectively communicate its benefits to healthcare professionals.
- **Engagement and Relationship Building**: Initiate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, addressing their concerns, providing information, and ensuring their needs are met.
- **Demonstration and Training**: Conduct demonstrations and training sessions to educate doctors and their staff on how to use our app, enabling them to seamlessly refer patients and access our services.
- **Feedback Collection**: Act as a bridge between doctors and our company, collecting feedback and insights to help improve our services and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions, and provide feedback to the management team.
- **Sales and Conversion**: Collaborate with the sales team to drive conversion of doctors into active users of our platform.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on your activities, accomplishments, and future plans to track progress and measure results.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare management, business, or life sciences.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or medical representative roles, particularly in the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A good understanding of medical terminologies and healthcare operations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel and meet with doctors in the field.

**Salary**: ₹30,824.52 - ₹37,558.88 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
