**Advocate with Real Estate and Corporate Experience**

**Experience Level**: 5 to 8 years only

**Only applicants from Bangalore and willing to work from our office will be considered.**

**Kannada language is must. (Read, Write)**

**Salary Range**: 7.20 Lakhs to 10.80 Lakhs per annum.

**Responsibilities**:
**Legal Advisory Services**:

- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on all aspects of real estate transactions including property acquisitions, leasing, development, and sales.
- Draft and review various agreements, contracts, and legal documents related to real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Corporate Law Expertise**:

- Advise on corporate governance matters, corporate structuring, and compliance issues.
- Draft and review corporate contracts, shareholder agreements, and other corporate documents.

**Builder and Developer Relations**:

- Handle legal issues related to construction agreements, land use, zoning, and regulatory approvals.

**Litigation and Dispute Resolution**:

- Attend Court cases
- Manage litigation matters related to real estate disputes, contractual disputes, and corporate litigation as necessary.
- Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings.

**Compliance and Regulatory Affairs**:

- Stay updated on changes in real estate laws, regulations, and policies affecting the industry.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations applicable to real estate transactions and corporate operations.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Provide timely and strategic legal advice.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university; LLM or specialized certification in Real Estate Law preferred.
- Admitted to the Bar and licensed to practice law in Karnataka.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Legal Advisor or Advocate specializing in real estate law and corporate law.
- Proven experience working with builders, developers, and corporate clients.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market practices.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based in Bangalore.
- Salary and benefits package offered based on qualifications and experience.
