**About the Role**:
We’re looking for smart, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals to join our **Chat Support Team**. In this role, you’ll interact with customers through live chat, resolve their queries, and ensure a smooth and positive service experience — all without phone calls.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about products, services, or orders
- Resolve complaints and escalate issues when required
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, billing, etc.) to ensure quick resolution
- Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written communication and typing skills
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort with multitasking
- Ability to stay calm and positive while handling multiple chats
- Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts (if required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
