Position: Sr. Sales Coordinator

Location: Muragacha near Kalyani Highway, West Bengal

**Company Description**:
We are International Earthmovers, an Authorized Dealer of Tata Hitachi. Our dealership specializes in the sales, service, and genuine spare parts of construction equipment like excavators, backhoe loaders, and wheel loaders. We are committed to delivering quality support and efficient service to customers across West Bengal.

**Role Description**:

- Coordinate with the sales team to manage orders, quotations, and customer follow-ups
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and database management
- Assist in documentation, invoicing, and internal coordination with accounts and service departments
- Ensure smooth and timely communication between customers and internal teams
- Monitor stock status, pending orders, and product availability
- Support management with regular updates and operational planning
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar role (preferably in a dealership or equipment sales background)
- Education: Graduate from a relevant field (Commerce, Business Admin, or similar)

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in Excel (basic to advanced), Word, and MS Office tools
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong calculation ability and knowledge of accounting practices
- Smart, proactive, and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
