**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create eye-catching designs for brochures, posters, flyers, banners, and other print materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to develop visuals that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Ensure final graphics are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for print specifications.
- Work on layouts and designs for advertisements, magazines, and internal communication materials.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in print design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer specializing in print media.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle constructive feedback and revise designs accordingly.
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required.
