We are seeking a passionate and experienced Korean Teacher to join our dynamic team.

This is an onsite (in-person/ offline) role.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans** aligned with curriculum standards, student learning objectives, and **exam requirements (e.g., TOPIK, YBM)**.
- **Create a stimulating and interactive learning environment** that fosters student engagement, encourages active participation, and **equips students with the necessary skills to excel in proficiency exams.**:

- **Utilise a variety of teaching methodologies**, including communicative approaches, interactive exercises, **exam-oriented drills**, technology integration, and **cultural immersion activities**.
- **Assess student progress regularly** through formal and informal assessments, **including mock exams**, providing constructive feedback and individualised support.
- **Prepare and administer exams and quizzes**, including **practice tests based on the format and content of target exams (e.g., TOPIK).**:

- **Maintain accurate student records** and communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student performance and **exam preparation progress.**:

- **Collaborate with other teachers and school staff** to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment and **share best practices for exam preparation.**:

- **Participate in professional development activities** to enhance teaching skills, stay abreast of current pedagogical best practices, and **gain insights into the latest exam trends and updates.**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
