As a Graphic Designer Intern, you will be responsible for supporting our design team in creating visually compelling and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Design Assistance**:

- Assist in the creation of digital and print materials, including social media graphics, web banners, brochures, posters, and presentations.
- Follow design briefs and project guidelines to produce high-quality visual content.
- **Concept Development**:

- Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
- Contribute creative ideas during team meetings and feedback sessions.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure all design work adheres to the company’s brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency across all projects.
- Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video assets.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- **Feedback Incorporation**:

- Receive and act on constructive feedback from senior designers and other team members to improve design work.
- Make revisions and adjustments to designs based on feedback and project requirements.
- **Technical Skills Development**:

- Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to create and edit designs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve skills.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the design team, such as organizing files, preparing materials for meetings, and managing design archives.
- Assist with the preparation of presentation materials and documentation as needed.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and sales to ensure design alignment with overall business objectives.
