Admin Role
Duties & responsibilities:
Recruitment Support and Coordination:
- Maintain up-to-date records and data related to recruitment and onboarding.
HR Data Management:
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Update employee information regularly in HR systems and files.
Induction and Onboarding:
- Plan and organize induction programs for new recruits, including scheduling sessions and preparing onboarding materials.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
Training and Development Support:
- Coordinate and administer internal training programs, maintaining training records for all employees.
- Liaise with external training agencies to arrange required sessions and ensure timely delivery of training programs.
Legal Compliance and Documentation:
- Handle compliance-related activities, such as managing Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Mediclaim, Group Accident Policy, and site-related documentation.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is prepared, filed, and updated to meet legal and regulatory standards.
Asset and Facility Management:
- Oversee the administration of all company assets, including asset allocation, maintenance contracts (AMCs), and insurance renewals.
- Manage travel arrangements, time office, guest movements, and housekeeping to maintain a smooth and organized office environment.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
