Cameraman/videographer

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a talented and creative Cameraperson to join our hospitality team. The Cameraman will be responsible for capturing high-quality photo and video content showcasing our properties, events, culinary experiences, guest activities, and promotional campaigns to enhance the company’s brand presence across digital and print platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Capture engaging photos and videos of hospital interiors, exteriors, food & beverage presentations, guest experiences, and special events.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan, shoot, and deliver content as per campaign requirements.
- Set up lighting, angles, and scenes to highlight the ambience and aesthetics of our hospitality spaces.
- Operate and maintain camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Coordinate with chefs, staff, and patient when shooting live activities or interviews.
- Assist with basic post-shoot data management and transfer files to editors/graphic designers.
- Ensure that all content aligns with brand standards and showcases the property in the best possible light.
- Stay updated with trends in hospitality photography and videography.
- Support social media teams with on-the-go shoots for reels and short-form videos.
- Ensure shoots cause mínimal disruption to guest experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cameraman/Videographer in the hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sector is preferred.
- Proficiency with DSLR/mirror less cameras, gimbals, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
- Good eye for framing, composition, and aesthetic details.
- Basic knowledge of editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with teams and guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings for events.
- Willingness to travel to different properties or shoot locations as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
