To ensure our vision becomes a reality, we seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fashion _Tech Pack_ Freelancer to play a vital role in our manufacturing process.

**About the Role**:
We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Fashion Freelancer to collaborate directly with me, the founder, to bring ideas to life and turn them into comprehensive and precise tech packs. Your expertise in fashion design and technology will be instrumental in bringing our creative vision to life and ensuring seamless communication with our manufacturing partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate directly with me, the founder, to understand the creative vision and design concepts for each garment.
- Create detailed tech packs for our fashion products, including sketches, measurements, grading rules, construction details, materials, and trims.
- Ensure accuracy in all tech pack specifications to reflect the desired fit, style, and quality of the garments.
- Address any design-related queries or challenges during the production process in coordination with our technical team.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks to maintain the highest standards in the tech packs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and production techniques to incorporate innovative and sustainable elements into the tech packs.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that tech packs are completed within designated deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with creating tech packs for fashion brands, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- In-depth knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and technical design principles.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software for creating tech packs, such as Adobe Illustrator or similar tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in measurements and specifications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of social media trends and how they influence fashion aesthetics
- Strong Personal Style and Aesthetic

**Compensation**:
Let's talk about the good stuff We're offering pay PER tech pack, depending on complexity of the garment. Since our brand is in product development stages, we are open to long term collaborations and potential full-time positions at this brand.

**Job Types**: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 1 month

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
