**Job Title**: Head of Department (HOD) - English

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the English department, ensuring academic excellence.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with CBSE standards.
- Mentor and guide teachers to enhance instructional quality.
- Conduct regular assessments and analyze student performance.
- Organize literary activities, competitions, and workshops.
- Collaborate with school leadership for curriculum planning and improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and CBSE policies.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- M.A in English and B.Ed (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE school.
- Prior experience in a leadership or coordination role is an advantage.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor and support teachers.
- Passion for literature and innovative teaching methods.
- Proficiency in technology-enhanced teaching.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
