- Expert Guidance: Serve as the primary resource for Medical Coding expertise.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to optimize coding operations and processing.
- Training & Support: Develop training materials and provide support to coding staff.
- Issue Resolution: Address complex issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve disputes.
- Compliance: Ensure coding practices meet regulatory standards and perform regular audits.

Job Specification:

- Education: Any Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience: 3+ years in medical coding with specialty Ancillary / ED Facility.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of coding processes, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in relevant software.
