We are looking for a talented and strategic **Digital Marketing Manager / Public Relations Manager** to enhance our online presence, strengthen our brand reputation, and manage our public relations efforts.

**Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing**:

- **Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and patient acquisition.
- Oversee the hospital’s website, SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, and social media channels.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to produce promotional materials and campaigns.
- **Analytics and Optimization**:

- Track, analyze, and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Use insights to optimize strategies for maximum ROI.

**Public Relations (PR)**:

- **Media Relations**:

- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers.
- Write and distribute press releases, manage media inquiries, and organize press events.
- **Brand Management**:

- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
- Act as a brand ambassador, safeguarding the organization’s reputation.
- **Crisis Communication**:

- Handle public relations crises effectively, crafting responses that protect the hospital’s image.

**General Responsibilities**:

- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work with leadership, clinical teams, and other departments to align marketing and PR strategies with organizational goals.
- **Event Management**:

- Plan and execute promotional events, community outreach programs, and press conferences.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
