**Join Our Team at Ayelet Montessori**

We’re looking for a full-time Montessori Assistant to work with our toddlers and primary children. Your role will be to help create a warm, supportive space where little ones can learn, grow, and thrive.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Create a Warm, Welcoming Space: Set up a safe, organized, and inviting classroom that encourages children to explore and be independent.

Help Lead Guide in implement Montessori Lessons: Plan and carry out Montessori-based activities that cater to each child’s unique needs and interests.

Support Child Development

Work as a Team: Collaborate with lead teachers and staff to create a seamless and enriching learning experience.

Keep Learning: Stay updated on Montessori practices, attend training sessions, and continuously grow in your role.

Provide Individual Support: Offer one-on-one attention to each child, understanding their learning style and emotional needs.

Take observation notes.

Take notes during parent meetings.

**Qualifications**:
Montessori Certified: Diploma in Montessori education is a must.

Education Background: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: Previous experience working with young children.

Child Psychology Knowledge: A solid understanding of early childhood development and learning styles.

Communication Skills: Ability to connect and communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive work environment.

Passion for Teaching: A genuine love for working with young children and a commitment to their well-being and growth.

Adaptable & Eager to Learn: Flexible, open to new ideas, and ready to embrace the challenges of early childhood education.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
