The **Accounts Assistant - Data Entry Operator** will be responsible for accurately entering financial data, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting in daily accounting operations. The role requires attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and basic knowledge of financial principles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**:

- Enter financial transactions, invoices, and receipts into the accounting system (Tally/ERP).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Update ledgers, journal entries, and bank statements.
- Verify and process vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and resolve mismatches.
- Support monthly and yearly financial closing processes.
- Organize and maintain accounting files and documents.
- Provide support in preparing financial reports and statements as required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in data entry or accounting roles (preferably in a manufacturing/export company).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Tally ERP, Excel, and MS Office**.
- Knowledge of any **ERP systems** is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
