BE/B.Tech/ME/MTech: [Computer Science] / MCA

**Experience: 2+ Years**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the conceptualization, design and execution of our overall customer experience including brand guidelines and design direction across the business.
- Take the lead of the creative success of multiple medium-sized to large projects from start to finish - often working on several projects simultaneously.
- Ensure all final design deliverables for a project are pixel-perfect, clearly labelled and organized in shared folders to foster greater collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the broader marketing team and all cross-functional stakeholders to build an efficient and standardized production framework.
- Always be learning: stay-up-date on the latest design and UX/UI trends, competitor creative, and SaaS industry best practice to continually test, learn and optimize design activities and evolve the brand overtime.
- Be open to experimenting with new ideas
- like creating explainer videos on online courses

**Requirements**:

- Excellent creative and graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong ability to grab attention and visually communicate key messages in a concise and captivating way
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- 2+ years of experience in design within an agency or in-house role
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative and the ability to self-manage
- Flexible, collaborative, and has a can-do attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
