Job Type - Full Time Working Hours: 10 AM to 6:30 PM

Office Location: E-7 Arera Colony

**Full Job Description**

Katyani Organics is looking for agronomists proficient in agronomic knowledge and leadership to farmers in their assigned market while performing job duties such as crop production, and market analysis.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Using accurate knowledge or reliable referrals to make recommendations to farmers to achieve efficient crop production;
- Field soil testing including multiple depth sampling, manage field trials, plant physiology, and irrigation practices;
- Educate the farmers/customers and solve the raised queries regarding the plantation process.
- Visit the farmer's site for proper growth of the plants, to identify the farmers' needs and solve other related issues.
- Gather, compile, analyze and interpret test results;
- Prepare progress reports;
- Document field evaluation of seed, chemical, specialty products & fertilizers; and
- Provide agronomic training for staff responsible for sales and marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical, interpersonal and computer skills.
- Knowledge of and willingness to develop new agronomic techniques.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrates leadership skills and the desire and ability to contribute
- Public speaking skills are a valuable asset.

**Minimum requirement**:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in agronomy or a related field.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
