**Key Responsibilities:1. Store Operations & Management**:
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the Monginis shop.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the store.
- Ensure all Monginis products are displayed attractively.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
**2. Sales & Customer Service**:
- Greet customers and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Drive sales by promoting Monginis products and offers.
- Maintain relationships with regular customers to improve customer loyalty.
**3. Staff Supervision**:
- Guide and train store staff on customer service and product knowledge.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance.
- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
**4. Financial & Reporting Duties**:
- Monitor daily sales and cash handling procedures.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to improve performance.
- Ensure proper billing and payment collection.
**5. Compliance & Quality Control**:
- Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are met.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain store standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks on Monginis products.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Minimum **2-3 years of experience** in retail, food service, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration, Hospitality Management**, or equivalent (preferred).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment** and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and inventory management.
