We have a job opening for BIgfix for one of our company in Mumbai.

**Patch Management & Deployment**:

- Perform patch deployment activities across endpoints and servers.
- Troubleshoot failed patch installations and remediation.
- Monitor and report patch compliance status.

**BigFix Client Management**:

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot BigFix clients on endpoints.
- Ensure client connectivity and resolve communication issues.

**Fixlet & Baseline Management**:

- Deploy Fixlets, Tasks, and Baselines for software installations and security updates.
- Monitor and troubleshoot deployment failures.

**OS Deployment & Upgrade**:

- Assist in OS image deployment using BigFix OSD.
- Deploy Windows 10/11 upgrades and troubleshoot upgrade failures.

**Console Administration**:

- Manage user roles and permissions in the BigFix Console.
- Generate reports on system compliance and vulnerabilities.

**Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution**:

- Resolve client-server communication issues.
- Analyze logs and error messages to diagnose and fix problems.
- Work with L3 teams for escalated issues.

**Compliance & Security Enforcement**:

- Ensure devices comply with corporate security policies using BigFix.
- Assist in policy enforcement and remediation of non-compliant devices.

**Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain documentation for configurations, troubleshooting, and deployments.
- Generate weekly/monthly compliance reports.

- **Advanced Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis**:

- Perform deep-dive analysis for critical BigFix issues.
- Troubleshoot large-scale deployment failures and infrastructure issues.
- **Infrastructure Management & Optimization**:

- Manage and optimize BigFix infrastructure components (Relays, Master Servers, Web Reports).
- Monitor and fine-tune server performance and scalability.
- **Custom Fixlet & Script Development**:

- Create custom Fixlets, Tasks, and Baselines for advanced automation.
- Develop relevance and action scripts for complex requirements.
- **OS Deployment & Upgrade Management**:

- Design and implement OS deployment strategies using BigFix OSD.
- Create customized WinPE images, driver management, and task sequences.
- Perform automated Windows 10 to Windows 11 in-place upgrades.
- Troubleshoot OS deployment failures and optimize imaging processes.
- **Upgrade & Migration Support**:

- Plan and execute BigFix version upgrades, including master server and relay updates.
- Perform migration tasks when moving to new hardware or infrastructure.
- **Integration & Automation**:

- Integrate BigFix with other ITSM tools like ServiceNow, SCCM, and SIEM solutions.
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripts.
- **Security & Compliance Enforcement**:

- Implement advanced security policies using BigFix.
- Conduct audits and remediation for compliance violations.
- **Capacity Planning & Performance Tuning**:

- Assess infrastructure capacity needs and optimize BigFix performance.
- Implement best practices for high availability and scalability.
- **Incident & Change Management**:

- Act as an escalation point for critical BigFix issues.

Participate in change management processes for production deployments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
