Aves Art Café is a unique fusion of art, culture, and education, offering a creative space for individuals to explore their talents. Our café not only provides a platform for art and music but also offers educational workshops, including language classes. We are looking for a passionate and skilled **Marathi Teacher** to join our team and contribute to our language arts program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach **Marathi language and literature** to students of various ages and proficiency levels, ranging from beginners to advanced learners.
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cover grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and conversational Marathi.
- Adapt teaching strategies to suit individual student needs, ensuring personalized learning experiences.
- Foster a creative, supportive, and interactive learning environment that encourages students to develop their Marathi language skills.
- Prepare students for language exams, academic assessments, and certifications, as required.
- Organize and participate in language-related activities, workshops, and cultural events hosted by the café.
- Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Aves Art Café team to integrate Marathi language learning into other cultural and artistic activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marathi, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience teaching Marathi in a classroom or one-on-one setting.
- Strong command of Marathi grammar, vocabulary, and language teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Experience working with students of different age groups, from children to adults.
- A passion for teaching Marathi and promoting the language's cultural richness.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with innovative teaching techniques, including interactive, immersive methods to enhance language learning.
- Experience preparing students for language proficiency exams or competitive language certifications.
- Knowledge of Marathi culture and ability to integrate cultural elements into the curriculum (literature, history, films, music, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple students and lesson plans.
- Enthusiasm for participating in community events and cultural activities related to Marathi language and heritage.
