**Associate Trainee, HEOR**

- Support Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR), Real World Evidence (RWE) and Data Science teams
- Design, execution, analysis, interpretation, and internal & external communication of specific epidemiological/outcomes research studies. Further, drive insights from data and build statistical models to solve complex business problems
- Develop programming algorithms using languages such as SAS, R or Python to extract, clean, manage, and analyse large databases for health outcomes research
- Deliver strategic input and epidemiological/outcomes research support to RWE team and the company
- Drive consistency and compliance with company standards regarding project documentation for observational studies and interactive data visualization tools, including programming, specifications of analysis datasets, tables, and figures
- **Education & Other Requirements**
- Master's degree in Statistics/Operation Research/Mathematics/Economics (Specialization in Econometrics)
- Advanced knowledge of different statistical methodologies is preferred
- Basic understanding of the Pharma domain is preferred
- Strong hands-on experience and knowledge of working in Python/SAS/R
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including advanced Excel operations)
- Solid organizational and planning skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
