**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and office organization.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
- **Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including enrollment forms, attendance, and academic records.
- Manage and update school databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist with the compilation of reports for school administration and regulatory compliance.
- **Student and Parent Assistance**:
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents, providing information and addressing inquiries.
- Manage student attendance records and report any attendance issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with the scheduling and coordination of school events, meetings, and appointments.
- **Office Management**:
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure the school office environment is clean, organized, and professional.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address any office facility issues.
- **Communication**:
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and administrative staff.
- Provide support for school communication channels, including newsletters, bulletins, and notices.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- **Assisting with School Events**:

**Qualifications**:
- **Educational Requirements**:

- **Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within an educational setting.
