**Role & responsibilities**

**Website Management and Optimisation**: Maintain website content, ensuring that it remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with company guidelines.

Knowledge to work on Platform i.e. Shopify & Wordpress

Implement **SEO best practices**, improve site performance, and enhance the user experience.

**Search Engine Optimization**:Implement SEO strategies, manage keyword research, and analyse performance data to optimise search engine optimisation efforts.

**Web Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion data using Google Analytics.
Prepare regular reports to measure the success of SEO and SEM efforts and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

**Social Media Management**: Manage the company's social media pages and profiles, including Facebook, Instagram.

**Community Management**: Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and enquiries in a timely and professional manner and fostering a positive and supportive online environment.

**Digital Marketing Strategies & Management**: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, social media campaigns, Google Ads to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. Analysis of digital marketing campaigns to optimise performance and track ROI.

**Market Trends Research**: Stay updated about industry trends, competitors, new features on social media platforms and emerging digital marketing tools & technologies to identify new opportunities and potential areas for growth.

**Database management & other Administrative duties as required**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar digital marketing, social media management, and content creation role
- Experience in online advertising & managing Google Ads campaigns
- Strong knowledge of and experience with SEO, SEM and Keyword Research.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong creative writing skills with the ability to create engaging & persuasive content

**Salary**: ₹168,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
