**Job Title: Marketing Intern**

**Location**: Elements Mall

**About Us**:
Elements Mall is a leading fashion, entertainment, and retail hub. We’re looking for a creative Content Creator to shoot and edit short-form videos that engage and excite our audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers to gather testimonials and feedback, distribute promotional coupons, and collect responses.
- **Account Management**: Work with brands to align marketing efforts with management’s goals.
- **Campaign Execution**: Plan and execute offline campaigns to capture walk-in customer details, supporting marketing goals.
- **Brand Collaboration**: Manage brand relationships and align them with our marketing strategies to boost overall engagement.
- **Engagement Props**: Research and create unique props, like selfie corners, to enhance customer interaction and data capture.
- **Data Collection**: Capture and organize customer data to optimize marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA in Marketing or a related field.
- **Customer Engagement Skills**: Strong communication skills with a knack for engaging people.
- **Creative & Strategic Mindset**: Ability to think creatively for offline campaigns and align brand strategies.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year
