**Position Purpose** To ensure high quality of Client referential, Static data updations & E-banking support services, enhancing client satisfaction by safeguarding shareholder interest and performing as per SOP with no errors. **Responsibilities** *** **Direct Responsibilities** - Ensure that all Static data updation & E-banking setup/other requests are completed without errors within TATs. - Perform Maker-Checker for Static Data updations and e-banking requests as in sharepoint queue. - Ensure all the regulatory Reporting/ filings are completed within due Dates - Coordinating for various submissions to internal/ external stakeholders. - Ensure that all the KPI are reported on time - Optimum utilization of bandwidth and working towards efficiency gains. - Safe keeping of clients documents. - Active follow up for pending documentation & discrepancy management. - Ensure data quality & data integrity of client records. **Contributing Responsibilities** - Participating in department’s project/ regional initiatives for process efficiency/ data clean-ups/reconciliations etc. Supporting and coordinating various types of OPC/audits - IG, Concurrent, RBI & statutory etc. - Keeping updated with regulatory/ internal circulars/ policies and implementing the same. - Keeping SOP updated as per the process and policies modified from time to time. - Supporting other units within department (CEP & CO) as per management requirements. **Technical & Behavioral Competencies** - General understanding of Banking and various KYC related practices. - Ability to network with stakeholders and respond effectively to their queries **Specific Qualifications (if required)** MBA/ M Com/ CA/ ICWA/CS-Intermediate exam **Skills Referential** **Behavioural Skills: - Ability to share / pass on knowledge - Decision Making - Communication skills - oral & written **Transversal Skills** - Analytical Ability - Ability to understand, explain and support change - Ability to develop and adapt a process **Education Level**: Master Degree or equivalent (>4 years) **Experience Level** : At least 5 years **Skills Required**: KYC;Client Referential **Location** Mumbai **Years Of Experience** 3 to 8 Years
