**Job Description - Junior Accountant**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and file **GST returns, TDS, and Income Tax Returns (ITR)** accurately and on time.
- Work on **Tally ERP** for accounting, invoicing, reconciliation, and report generation.
- Prepare financial statements and support statutory audit processes.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial analysis as required by management.
- Perform **bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and debtor/creditor management**.
- Work under the guidance of a **Chartered Accountant (CA)** for compliance, audit, and tax-related matters.
- Handle office accounting correspondence and liaise with clients/vendors when required.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Good knowledge of **GST, TDS, ITR, and other tax compliance**.
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP** and accounting software.
- Strong command of **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)**.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and standards.
- Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Commerce/Accounting/Finance** (B.Com, M.Com or equivalent).
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting (freshers with good knowledge can also apply).
