**Job Description**:
Eden Hospital, a leading healthcare facility located in Chandigarh, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiographer to join our team. As a Radiographer, you will play a crucial role in assisting our medical professionals in diagnosing and treating patients using various imaging techniques. You will work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and high-quality radiographic services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, ultrasounds, and other radiographic examinations.
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Position patients correctly to obtain accurate images while minimizing exposure to radiation.
- Operate and maintain radiographic equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety standards are met.
- Monitor patients during procedures, ensuring their well-being and addressing any concerns or complications.
- Review and analyze images to ensure their quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, procedures performed, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret and discuss imaging results.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to protect patients and staff from unnecessary exposure to radiation.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in radiographic technology and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Radiography or a related field.
- Valid certification or license as a Radiographer.
- Proven experience as a Radiographer, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- In-depth knowledge of radiographer techniques, equipment, and procedures.
- Proficient in operating and maintaining radiographer equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and radiation protection measures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
