Supervisor - Women

**Job Title**:Supervisor (Women Only) - Balakridaa**

**Job Location**: Bouncy House Trichy

**Job Role & Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment.
- Address customer inquiries and provide information about the play area, pricing, and policies.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure a smooth experience for visitors.

**Maintenance of Place**:

- Oversee the cleanliness and safety of the play area, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Ensure all play equipment is in proper working condition and report any issues for maintenance.
- Supervise staff to maintain discipline and organization within the premises.

**Maintenance of Stock**:

- Monitor and manage inventory for the café, play area accessories, and other supplies.
- Ensure timely restocking of necessary items and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Keep track of stock usage and report discrepancies if any.

**Work Timings**:
**11:00 AM - 9:00 PM** (All days except Wednesday)

**Salary**: ₹9000 + Phone Allowance
