**Job Title: Operations Intern**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in monitoring and improving daily operational processes.
- Support project management teams with scheduling, documentation, and resource management.
- Perform data analysis and prepare reports on operational performance.
- Assist in inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Contribute to the development of operational best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing presentations and documents.
- Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve operational efficiency.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the operations team.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and project management software is a plus (e.g., Excel, Asana, Trello).

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
