**Role Overview**:
As a Videographer at Thor Signia, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling video content for our clients across various platforms. From concept development to post-production, you will be involved in every stage of the video production process. Your creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail will be essential in producing visually stunning videos that exceed client expectations and drive results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives and develop creative concepts for video content.
- Plan and execute video shoots, including camera setup, lighting, audio recording, and directing talent as needed.
- Capture high-quality footage that aligns with the project brief, maintaining visual consistency and storytelling coherence.
- Edit video footage using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create compelling narratives, incorporating visual effects, transitions, and sound design.
- Ensure that video content adheres to brand guidelines and meets quality standards for resolution, aspect ratio, and file formats.
- Stay updated on video production trends, techniques, and technologies, continually seeking opportunities to innovate and enhance our capabilities.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with other creative professionals, including graphic designers, animators, and writers, to integrate video content seamlessly into broader marketing campaigns.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the videography department.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in videography, including scriptwriting, shooting, and editing, preferably in a creative agency or production environment.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of cinematography principles, including composition, lighting, and camera techniques.
- Knowledge of audio recording and post-production techniques to ensure high-quality sound in video projects.
- Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling narratives.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, with a focus on delivering polished, professional video content.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in film production, digital media, or a related field is preferred.
